Temakizushi (sushi hand rolls)

Here is a list of the basic ingredients we use when we make sushi.  Feel free to add other favorite vegetables/ingredients as your tongue desires.  Quantities are approximate for 8 hungry adults.

Use a quality soy sauce, like Kikkoman.  Don't use a store brand or La Choy.  A low sodium version is fine.  We also use Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
I have to import the roasted sesame seeds from Ohio of all places.  I'm sure there has to be a local source for these here in DFW, but I haven't found it yet.
We prefer the YamaMotoYama brand yakisushi-nori.
